A Fantasy World is an enigma to the reader, filled with people and places that are unknown and foreign. The history of that world is even more so a mystery and much of every fantasy story revolves around unravelling that backstory and learning how things came to be and how that is driving the story and affecting the world now. ‘Lore,’ that is the word for it, all fantasy stories have it, and the best are rich and vast with it. But what if there was no lore, no history, no time that came before?
This is where our story begins, where most would never dare go. There is no background or lore, nothing to discover that came before, as far as the people of our world are concerned. Every word that is written, every personal experience our people have, and every world event that occurs will one day be the very Lore that everything comes from. We want to start at the very beginning, with the first moments of our world, or at least of life on our world. What would it be like for these people? How would they come to build the kind of Fantasy World that all of us are so fond of? How do they form ideals and discover new technologies? Most importantly, how will they react when each of them discovers they are not alone?
How did everything come to be? This may be the most asked question of any Fantasy World and every story ever written, and that is exactly the question we plan to answer.
